🌼 Delivery Policy

We offer hand delivery across Southern and Eastern Ontario using two hubs — one in Marmora and one in Toronto — to serve customers fairly and efficiently.

đźšš Delivery Zones & Rates

At checkout, customers select their delivery zone based on the first three characters of their postal code (FSA). Rates reflect distance from our hubs:

  • Local East (K0K, K8V) – $15

  • City Core (Downtown Toronto & North York) – $15

  • Central Region (Between Toronto and Marmora) – $20

  • Greater Toronto Area (GTA) – $30

  • Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston, etc.) – $35

  • Far West & North (Barrie, London, Orangeville, Huntsville, etc.) – $35

If your postal code isn’t listed or you’re unsure which zone to choose, reach out before ordering.

đź•“ Delivery Timing

Deliveries go out every other Monday. You’ll receive an email confirming your delivery window after checkout.

📍 Pick-Up

We do not have a physical storefront. Pick-ups are limited and arranged only at our discretion. Please contact us in advance if you're hoping to coordinate one.

📦 Shipping (Temporarily Unavailable)

Due to an ongoing Canada Post strike, we are not currently offering mail shipping. When shipping resumes, note that orders are only shipped out on Mondays. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

🌾 Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order — and we’ll always do our best to make it right if something goes wrong.

🌱 Live Plants

All of our plants are living things, and some natural variation is expected. We do not offer refunds for minor cosmetic imperfections or differences in bloom timing.

If a plant arrives severely damaged, dead, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll assess the situation and, depending on the case, may offer a replacement or store credit.

We cannot guarantee replacements for issues reported after this window.

📦 Delivery Errors

If we miss a delivery or deliver to the wrong address due to our mistake, we’ll cover the cost of redelivery or offer a refund.

If delivery is missed due to inaccurate address information or failure to retrieve a package, we cannot guarantee a refund — but we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.

🤝 Returns

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. All sales are final unless a serious issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us is used only to process your order and communicate with you directly.

We will never sell or share your information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., for delivery or payment processing).

We use Squarespace’s secure checkout system, and any payment information is handled according to their encrypted privacy and security standards. We do not store your credit card information.

You may receive occasional emails from us regarding your order or seasonal updates — but you can unsubscribe at any time.
